The Tentative Agreement has a "wind down" set of provisions as the Program will terminate at some point after Dec. 31, 2013. New provisons provide for a severance package, enhanced annual payments established as retention incentives, adjustments of work assignment rules, and a handful of adjusted non-economic provisons.

AFSCME Local 3357 holds 2011 Membership meeting

Negotiating committee has tentatively agreed with the Plan to a new
(and final) Collective Bargaining Agreement
covering the 2012-15 years. The
Negotiating Committee of Mike Forbes, Steve Beres, Heather Rasmussen,
John Suda, and Afscme Council 66 Rep, Peter Nickles, met with Plan representatives
on Thurs-Fri, January 19-20, 2012 in Detroit. The
Agreement is subject to ratification by our members who will receive
copies of the Agreement by mail together with ballots and other information
soon. The full text of the new proposed CBA is available on the 
President,
