Please call the hotel and give them group code "AFSCM". I would suggest calling during the day since that # goes right to the hotel. The other # is the central res. # for Millennium Hotels. The union will reimburse you for your airfare, hotel, ground transportation and parking. There is also a per diem for food.  I understand that there is complimentary airport shuttle service.As in years past, the union will host a cocktail party at the hotel on Friday the 20th at 6pm. The meeting will be on Saturday the 21st from 9-5. Breakfast and lunch will be served at the meeting.

-The Local will have its 2006 membership meeting in Nashville, Tennessee October 20 - 21, 2006 at the Millennium Maxwell House - Nashville Hotel. The Local will reimburse expenses for Officers, Area Reps., Trustees, Field Captains, and Grievance Committee members. ALL members are welcome to attend, of course. On Friday evening at 6PM, October 20th, the Local will sponsor a welcome gathering. Saturday will have the membership meeting at 9-5 PM. There will be no Sunday session.
