Harassment Reporting

Harassment Reporting Officer

As agreed by the Plan and the Local in the 1997 Collective Bargaining sessions, the Local has designated a person to act as Harassment Reporting Officer. That person presently is Mary McCallum of the Atlanta office.

Any member of the bargaining unit can raise any complaint or issue involving harassment in the work environment because of race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, or handicap.

Employees who believe that they have been subjected to such harassment are encouraged to bring their concerns to the appropriate managerial Representative or to the Union's designated Harassment Reporting Officer.

The Union has agreed that complaints brought to the attention of the Harassment Reporting Officer will be shared with the Plan's Personnel Administrator.

More information and details can be found in Letter U of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, a copy of which is available in all staff offices.
